Level of Serum cholesterol	Dosage of Lipotab
200 mg/dl to 300 mg/dl 2 tabs once daily after 4 PM
> 300 mg/dl to 400 mg/dl	2 tabs twice daily breakfast and after 4 PM
> 400mg/dl	2 tabs three times a day, after breakfast, after 4 PM and after dinner
